Once you are approved, our first step will be to come do an energy audit on your home by an experienced energy auditor.  He will check your furnace, attic, crawl space, walls, ceiling, water heater, carbon monoxide levels,  and even your refrigerator for ways to improve your homes efficiency, improving  your warmth and safety.

This information is used to determine how we can help you. Defects are repaired by or replaced by qualified technicians. After each energy upgrade is completed, an ERC inspector checks to ensure the quality of the work that was done. 

Clients are informed throughout the weatherization process on how they can improve the energy efficiency of their homes.  Proper education will help the client maintain the energy measures installed by the ERC weatherization and furnace technicians.
